About Us

Dr. David L. Mattingly D.O., NTP

Dr. Mattingly graduated from PCOM medical school in 1995 with a board certification in family medicine. He has been specializing in Suboxone and Addiction Medicine for the past 10 years. Dr. Mattingly has a keen sense of overall health of his patients, which roots back to his days in family medicine as well as obtaining his Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association. Most importantly, his patients describe him as calm, good-natured, and easy to talk to.

At Mattingly Health, we use primarily Telemedicine to assist patients in the care of Suboxone, Vivitrol and Naltrexone. In-person appointments are also available.
